Library Facilities

There are about 7700 books in the college library. In addition to various reference books and general books, the library has a regular subscription of major dailies, magazines and periodicals. All students can have access to these during the specified hours. The following rules and regulations are to be observed in relation to library by the students.

•  Maintain silence in and around the library.
•  Always keep your identity card with you.
•  All the students on the roll of the college shall be eligible to become the member of the college library.
•  Every student is entitled to draw two books for reading at home for a period of thirty days from the college library.
•  Reference books will not be issued. These can only be consulted in Library.
•  In case a book is found mutilated, torn, defaced, or misplaced the actual cost of book plus 20% of the original cost will be charged from such defaulter students.
•  Students can get their library security refunded within one year after leaving the college, otherwise the security will stand forfeited.
•  Computer facility has been provided in library with internet.
•  Photostat and printing facility has also been made available in Library. The cost per page of Photostat is Rs. 1/- and printing is Rs. 5.
