With the benign blessing of the Almighty, I share my joy to welcome you all to the temple of learning which is all set and committed to tread forward on the path of learning, knowledge, service and self advancement without any fear and doubt. Yet the present situation is alarming and frightening but I believe that we have practiced all the safety protocols to safeguard against the pandemic COVID-19.
We will adapt ourselves to any extent but will not allow this situation to subdue our innate love of giving, seeking and imparting knowledge. Govt. College Bhoranj resolves to move forward in the quest of learning with diligent care. The saga of glory of this institution dates back to the year 2002 when the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh acceded to the demand of this rural area of Hamirpur Dist. aspiring for quality Higher Education.
Today, as we see, it is like a dream come true and aspirations touching the blue sky by sheer dent of scholastic hard work of past eighteen years. One can easily feel the sweat of laborious faculty and devoted students who have worked earnestly to make this institution a sanctum sanctorum alight house of knowledge and wisdom.
Eighteen years of success, achievements and aspirations but the zeal, commitment and vision of this college is fresh & rigorous.
I am hopeful with this kind of divine bliss that this institution has enjoyed since its inception and commitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching members of my team this institution will establish another milestone.
As all we know and admit that change is the law of nature and something is always needed to be done to adapt to new ideas and situations, I do hereby seek your valuable suggestions and kind co-operation to make this institution a paradise of learning while showcasing the abilities of our students in academic, sports, culture, service of the nation and community as well.
In the current year, we shall have a focus on spiritual and intellectual growth of our students. As we all know that entire humanity is facing hard times and unseen challenges are haunting us. There is a dire need to bring forth our hidden potential in the service of humanity. I think we need to work on this so that everyone lives and prospers that will be an appropriate return gift to the society and nation which we as an institution owe to them for their faith & encouragement.
Govt. College Bhoranj has earned the honor to be accredited as ‘B’ grade from NAAC in 2016, affiliated to ‘A’ Grade Himachal Pradesh University and UGC under section 2 (f) and 12 (b).
With this kind of strength & dedication and academic ambience around, we are all set to march forward in pursuit of excellence. May God lead us.
